Founded in 1996, Hanli Thermal Transfer Printing Film is headquartered in the picturesque Songjiang University Town of Shanghai. The new facility was established in 2018 in Suqian, a nationally recognized civilized city. Covering an area of 50,000 square meters and built with an investment of RMB 100 million, it underwent two years of development and officially commenced production in 2020. The company’s core product lines include PE heat‑transfer films, transfer films, decorative films, glass heat‑transfer films, heat‑transfer printing films, heat‑transfer membranes, heat‑transfer printing machines, heat‑transfer processing services, Hanli heat‑transfer solutions, and in‑film lamination products. The new base is designed around the principles of environmental protection, dust‑free operations, and stable temperature and humidity. As the saying goes, “To do a good job, one must first sharpen one’s tools.” The facility boasts more than 20 printing machines, including high‑end models such as 10‑color and 11‑color presses. Its state‑of‑the‑art, environmentally friendly, dust‑free, temperature‑controlled, and humidity‑regulated environment addresses the longstanding issues of inconsistent quality and unstable processes in the heat‑transfer film market. The company maintains an in‑house R&D team, a technical team, and a dedicated laboratory. We are a manufacturer capable of digitizing heat‑transfer printing processes. The workshop’s climate control system, designed by our research institute, features a self‑developed air circulation system that ensures a odorless, leak‑free working environment. Furthermore, all exhaust gases are treated through an ATO adsorption, compression, and combustion process valued at RMB 8 million, leaving only carbon dioxide and water as emissions released into the atmosphere.
