Founded in 1996, Hanli Thermal Transfer Printing Film is headquartered in the picturesque Songjiang University Town of Shanghai. Upholding an entrepreneurial spirit of “never settling for less,” the company has weathered two decades of challenges and now employs over 500 staff, including more than 120 technical professionals and a dedicated R&D team of 15. The company occupies a facility spanning 50,000 square meters. Its core product lines include PE thermal transfer films, transfer films, decorative films, glass thermal transfer films, thermal transfer printing films, thermal transfer machines, thermal transfer processing services, as well as Hanli thermal transfer solutions and in‑film lamination technologies.
The new facility was established in 2018 in Suqian, a nationally recognized civilized city. Covering an area of 50,000 square meters and built with an investment of RMB 100 million, it underwent two years of development and officially commenced production in 2020. The company’s core product lines include PE heat‑transfer films, transfer films, decorative films, glass heat‑transfer films, heat‑transfer printing films, heat‑transfer membranes, heat‑transfer printing machines, heat‑transfer processing services, Hanli heat‑transfer solutions, and in‑film lamination products. The new base is designed around the principles of environmental protection, dust‑free operations, and stable temperature and humidity. As the saying goes, “To do a good job, one must first sharpen one’s tools.” The facility boasts more than 20 printing machines, including high‑end models capable of printing up to 10 or 11 colors. Its state‑of‑the‑art, environmentally friendly, dust‑free, temperature‑controlled, and humidity‑regulated environment addresses the longstanding issues of inconsistent quality and unstable processes in the heat‑transfer film market. The company also maintains an in‑house R&D team, a technical team, and a dedicated laboratory. We are a manufacturer that has successfully digitized heat‑transfer printing processes. The workshop’s climate control system, designed by our research institute, features a self‑developed air circulation system that ensures a clean, odorless working environment with no emissions. Furthermore, all exhaust gases are treated through an advanced ATO adsorption, compression, and combustion process; the only byproducts released into the atmosphere are carbon dioxide and water.
