Step 1: Select the equipment that has already undergone either spray coating or electrophoretic coating. Step 2: Apply a heat-transfer adhesive using wood-grain thermal transfer paper, employing either a full-water-based application method on the front side and across the entire substrate (manual brushing or film‑applying with a full-water process) or a mechanical method using a Wanfang roller coater for brushing and film application.
Step 1: Select the equipment that has just been subjected to spraying or electrophoresis.

Step 2: Use Heat transfer printing process Adhesive: Apply the wood‑grain thermal transfer paper to the front surface and the entire substrate using an all‑water reactive process—either by manual brushing or film application, or via mechanical operation with a Wanfang roller coating machine for brushing and film application. The purpose of using thermal transfer adhesive is to ensure that the wood‑grain thermal transfer transfer paper adheres tightly to the transfer side of the full‑board substrate.
Three steps: Currently, the packaged equipment must be placed in an oven for baking. The baking temperature and duration should be adjusted according to the characteristics of the heat-transfer printing material, the depth of the transferred texture, and the specific functions of the oven. For standard settings, the temperature is 160–180°C, with a baking time of 5–8 minutes.
Four steps: Remove the printed equipment from the box, peel off the thermal paper, and ensure the exterior is clean.
Heat transfer printing process Suitable for large areas or contouring.
Step 1: Select the equipment that has just been subjected to spraying or electrophoresis.
Step 2: Wrap the transferred component with wood-grain thermal transfer paper, and secure the paper’s interface with high-temperature-resistant rubberized paper to prevent the wood-grain thermal transfer paper from loosening. (Note: The front side of the wood-grain thermal transfer paper must align precisely with the flap surface of the flap base.)
Three steps: Place the equipment, encased in wood‑grain thermoelectric thermal paper, into a high‑temperature‑resistant, tightly sealed tubular plastic bag, then evacuate both ends of the bag until it adheres firmly and uniformly to the substrate. The vacuum pressure should be adjusted appropriately based on the characteristics of the soldier’s equipment and the pressure rating of the plastic bag; typically, it ranges from 0.3 to 0.8 MPa. (Note: The purpose of using the plastic bag is to create negative pressure, enabling the bag—pressed tightly against the equipment—to effectively bond the wood‑grain thermoelectric paper to the device.)
Four steps: At present, the packaged equipment must be placed in an oven for baking. The baking temperature and duration should be adjusted according to the characteristics of the equipment being baked, the depth of its texture, and the specific functions of the oven. Typically, the temperature is set between 160 and 180°C, with a baking time of 5 to 8 minutes.
Step 5: Remove the failed component from the oven, detach the plastic bag from one end of the failed component (Note: this plastic bag is recyclable), and remove the thermal battery to ensure a clean appearance.
Suitable for planar substrates
Step 1: Select the equipment that has just been subjected to spraying or electrophoresis.
Step 2: Align the front side of the wood-grain thermal transfer paper with the front side of the flap base.
Three stages: The flat thermoelectric warrior machine applies pressure and heat; the temperature for a standard warrior is 160–180°C, with a duration of 18–25 seconds.
Step 4: Remove the heat-transfer paper.

Stage: Contour Line Substrate
Step 1: Select the equipment that has just been subjected to spraying or electrophoresis.
Step 2: Wrap the used equipment with a PET heat-transfer film, then use an ultrasonic sealing device to seal the PET film inside a tubular pouch.
Three steps: Draw a vacuum from both ends of the PET thermal transfer film pouch until the PET thermal transfer film adheres to the substrate in a manner that is both appropriate and effective. The vacuum pressure should be adjusted appropriately based on factors such as the characteristics of the substrate being transferred and the acceptable pressure range for the PET thermal transfer film; typically, it falls within the range of 0.3 to 0.8 MPa.
